Under the words ‘Default device:’ choose a different option from the menu that drops down (your options will likely be different from the screenshot here). Can this be solved, too? Many Realtek systems are different, this is the one that I have and I hope it helps you out. I followed the instructions above from jmcruz12 (thank you), but to no avail.
