I missed the reference to Outlook 2010. As a result, I keep overlooking them because they pop up behind everything else. Click "OK." If the check box was not selected, enabling it will fix the problem. However, it happens on all Servers with the same user (4 different servers) with similiar but not identical builds.  Also, no other user has the issue.  This pretty much cancels out the Server. have a peek here
